CMG Marketing & Events and Triple Curl PR & Advertising with the support of the National Shooting Sports Foundation are introducing the first SHOT Show® Buyer Day at the Range™. Joining SHOT Show® Media Day at the Range™, held the day before the SHOT Show floor opens, is a new event on the show’s program, SHOT Show® Buyer Day at the Range™. Together, they are now referred to as SHOT Show® Industry Days at the Range™.
The first SHOT Show Buyer Day at the Range will feature 700 invited distributors, dealers, and retailers being given the opportunity to test and learn about new products from 8AM-12:00PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, the opening day of the exhibition. “Increasing interest from retail and wholesale buyers to try out new products makes SHOT Show Buyer Day at the Range a natural fit,” said Chris Dolnack, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NSSF. “Providing key buyers with a hands-on experience while attending the SHOT Show gives retailers an opportunity to sell new products through first-hand personal experience.”
The ninth annual SHOT Show Media Day at the Range will take place on Monday, January 13, 2014. Media Day will continue to be split into two sessions; the first will be open to 700 invited media members, the afternoon session will be open to 700 at-large registered media. With over 140 exhibiting manufactures in 2013 Media Day continues to be the largest hands-on media event in the hunting a shooting industry.
Exhibiting opportunities are open to all manufacturers in the hunting and shooting industry; conservation groups and shooting organizations are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibiting opportunities are for both events or only Media Day at the Range – exhibiting for Buyer Day only is not an option. Registration has been open to existing exhibitors and is now open to new exhibitors.
